Wisconsin Latest State to Propose Mandatory HPV Vaccination

This lobby action by Merck demonstrates an assault on personal choice where there is no imminent risk to society as a whole (this is spread by sexual contact - in general an action of choice). Worse, it demonstrates a willingness to roll the dice on peoples well being by forcing a product through legislation with a limited understanding of potential issues in mass roll out or longer term health effects. All to make a buck!

I for one will vote against Merck by screening my purchases and electing not to buy Merck products period. In my opinion they need a significant change from the top down. I encourage and hope others feel the same, and I hope Merck's stock goes to hell.

I feel the same about the elected officials in our country, willing to take money in exchange for our freedoms and well being. This is an outrage I will not easily forget come time to vote. You do not have my vote in the future.
